What are the password requirements for my account?
New passwords equire the following:
I've forgotten my password. How can I retrieve it?
You can reset the password for your account by clicking the Forgot "Password" link in the upper right of the adportal home page. Make sure you click on the word "Password". You will need to put in your current USERNAME then submit the form. You will then get an email with a link to reset your password.
I don't remember my username. Can I retrieve it?
In the upper right corner of the adportal there is a link for "Forgot Username". Click on the word "Username". You will need to provide the phone number and zipcode that is set up in your account. Once you submit the form, you will get an email that contains your username and a link to reset your password.
How do I submit a photo?
On the “Customize Your Ad” page, there will be an upload button for your photo. Photos must be in a .jpg format.
Will my photo run in color?
We try to put as many celebrations in color as possible, but it is not guaranteed to run in color in the printed section. It will appear in color online.
Can I use multiple photos?
On our larger ads there are options to publish one or two photos.
Can I edit my announcement after placing it?
You can edit your announcement prior to deadline for your publication date. Simply log back in with your username and password to retrieve your Celebration advertisement. NOTE** you will need to resubmit your credit card information again when making changes, additions or corrections.
How do I pay for my ad?
Our Celebrations advertisements require payment in advance of publication. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Your payment will be carried over a secure connection. If you make any changes to your ad after you have submitted (purchased) the ad you will be required to resubmit your credit card number if you price increases or decreases.
How will I know how much my announcement will cost?
Our easy to use self service tool will automatically quote the cost of the announcement on the right side of the screen as you build your ad. The final cost will display as you schedule the days the order will run.
